These terms apply to purchases made through our website by consumers in the United Kingdom.
Products
Please check the product description, size information and care instructions before ordering. We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, but this does not affect your rights if an item is not as described.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges and the total payable are displayed before you submit your order.
Payment is taken through the payment options available at checkout.
Placing an order
Please check your order and delivery details before completing checkout.
Our initial order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept your order, and a contract is formed, when we send your dispatch confirmation.
If we cannot accept your order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or there is a genuine pricing error, we will contact you. Any payment taken for an order we do not accept will be refunded.
If we discover a pricing error before accepting your order, we will offer you the choice of ordering at the correct price or cancelling for a refund.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Available delivery services, charges and estimated times are shown before purchase.
Delivery estimates include the information provided at checkout. Unless we agree a different timeframe with you, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact rossisupport@gmail.com. We will investigate and provide the remedies required by law. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate to receive them.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
You may cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day after receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back.
Our Return and refund policy explains how to cancel, where to return items, return postage costs and refund arrangements. It forms part of these terms.
Your consumer rights
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us so we can help with the refund, repair or replacement you are entitled to.
Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Our Privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you visit our website or place an order.
